BRENDAN TULLY
Brendan is an associate with Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP, in their New York office. Brendan joined LPK in 2008 and represents victims of accidents and medical malpractice. Additionally, Brendan represents labor unions and local municipalities in their attempt to recover money that was wrongfully spent due to fraud. Prior to joining LPK, Brendan practiced extensively in the areas of general negligence, products liability, civil rights, white collar crime, class actions, and criminal law.
Brendan is an experienced trial lawyer, and has tried cases in both federal and state court. In 2007 Brendan successfully tried the longest trial in Albany County history. Moreover, he has been a guest lecturer on trial tactics and advocacy at Albany Law School, and served as a judge in moot court competitions.
Brendan lives in Yorktown Heights, NY and is active in his local community. He has a long history of working with organized labor; including representing locals and their members, walking picket lines, speaking at union rallies and events, and supporting labor causes. Brendan and is a graduate of Fordham University and Albany Law School. While at Albany Law School, Brendan won the prestigious Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trial Competition. He is admitted to practice in NY and the Northern and Eastern Districts Courts of NY.
