Danielle Disporto

An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP, Danielle Disporto focuses on handling complex class action cases involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Prior to joining LPK, Danielle served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She then worked in private practice where she litigated cases involving securities, consumer and antitrust class action cases.

Ms. Disporto graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003. Among the honors she received while pursuing her law degree was Best Brief for the Petitioner in the Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition. Danielle graduated from the University of Delaware in 1999 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Danielle is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is also licensed to appear before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
