DANIELLE GEORGE

An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg,LLP Danielle specializes in medical malpractice and general tort litigation. Prior to joining LPK, Danielle litigated medical malpractice, general negligence, and products liability cases. She also engaged in appellate practice in these areas.

Danielle is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is also licensed to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Danielle graduated from New York University in 1989, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Literature with a focus on Comparative Literature. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1992. While in law school she served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Louis Sangiorgio in Supreme Court of the State of New York. She also worked for the City of New York as a student legal specialist in the Administrative Law Department. Danielle is an Associate Adjunct Professor at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. At NYU, she teaches Advanced Research, Writing and Litigation in the paralegal program.
