ERICA CESARO

An associate at Levy, Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP, Erica focuses on asbestos litigation.  Prior to joining LPK, Erica litigated product liability, premises liability, crime victims, contract and general negligence claims.  She also engaged in real estate transaction practice.

Erica is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.  She is also licensed to appear before the United State District of New Jersey.  She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Erica graduated cum laude from The George Washington University in 2002 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. While in college, she was an Intern at the Office of Citizen Complaint Review where she investigated citizen complaints against the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department.   She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2005.  While in law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Harold C. Hollenbeck in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County vicinage.
