NATHANIEL FALDA

An associate at Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP Nathaniel Falda focuses on toxic tort and asbestos litigation. Prior to joining LPK, Nathaniel litigated cases involving medical, legal, and professional malpractice; general liability; insurance coverage; fraud; and labor issues. He also served for over three years as a Special Assistant Corporation Counsel in New York City prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases.

Nathaniel is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association.

Nathaniel received his law degree from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, with honors in Philosophy, from CUNY Brooklyn College in 1998.
